Terms and Conditions for Summer Camps 2023
 

Welcome to Squash Summer Camps 2023! We're thrilled to have you join us for an exciting and active summer.

Below are the terms and conditions for our camps:

• Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of registration. Payments are processed by our team through your online account so an updated credit card on file is required. If you do not have an online account with us, please create one HERE

​

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so before June 19th, 2023 to receive a full refund. After June 19th, refunds will not be issued. However, if you find someone to take your place in the camp, we will be happy to transfer your registration to them.

​

• Minimum Enrollment: We require a minimum of 4 players per session. If enrolment falls below this number, we reserve the right to cancel the session. If a session is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be notified and offered the option to switch to another session or receive a full refund.

​

• Liability: We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our campers, but we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the camp. By registering for our camp, you agree to release Squash Summer Camps 2023, its staff, and its affiliates from any and all liability.

• Media Release: Squash Summer Camps 2023 reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes. By registering for our camp, you grant us permission to use your image for these purposes.

​

• For those who have purchased the Flexi Package, you must inform us within 24 hours in advance if you wish to attend a session. There will be no refunds for no shows or late cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session. Any remaining unused credit is non refundable, non transferable and cannot be used towards any activities other than the 2023 Summer Camps.
