Lefika Ragontse is well-known around the world for his accomplishments and achievements in the sport of squash. He is recognized in Botswana and elsewhere for his passion for the youth, who he believes represent the real future of Botswana and the rest of the globe.

Head Coach
Hailing from the vibrant world of professional PSA squash, Coach Vini Rodrigues is not your average head coach. With a whopping 15 years of coaching experience under his belt, Vini has brought his unique blend of skill, passion, and a touch of Brazilian flair to the NJ Squash Club after his epic stint in London.
Formerly ranked 132 in the world, Vini is a Gold Medallist in the South American Squash Championships and proudly clinched a Bronze at the PAN AMERICAN Games in Guadalajara 2011. He's also a two-time Brazilian National Junior Champion. He's not just teaching the game; he's lived it.
Has held key coaching positions in Brazil, the US, Germany, and the UK, including renowned clubs like Queens Club and Roehampton Club, and even St Pauls School.
Known for his tough, energetic, and fun sessions, Vini believes in the power of passion. He understands that players thrive when they love what they do.
With a coaching philosophy that knows no discrimination in level or age, Vini is eager to work with all players.
Vini's unique ability lies in identifying players' goals, strengths, and weaknesses combined with his extensive knowledge of the game to bring out the best in each player.
