Terms and Conditions for Junior Squash Clinic Package:
 

• The package is valid only during the designated dates for the term.
   

• If you wish to change the day your child attends a clinic in a particular week, you must contact us in advance and subject to availability.
   

•  No refunds are available unless cancellation is required due to a major medical condition.

• Unused credits cannot be rolled over to further weeks, and we do not offer makeup sessions unless there are special circumstances and approved by the management team.

​

• Please remember that if you sign up for our Wednesday fitness clinics, the fitness session is exclusively reserved for Wednesdays. Credits cannot be used for squash sessions, and vice versa. Additionally, we regret to inform you that there are no makeup sessions or refunds available for the Wednesday Fitness Clinics.

​

• All juniors must have previously registered and confirmed their appropriate level via email before attending a clinic.

​

• Players must wear non-marking soled shoes, appropriate sports attire, and all juniors must wear protective eyewear while on the court.

​

• Players should arrive on time for the clinic.

​

• We require a minimum of 2 players per session. If there are not enough players registered, we can issue a refund, or the player can choose to attend on another day.

​

• The NJ Squash Club reserves the right to cancel any clinics due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the club will provide a full refund or credit to be used in future clinics.

​

• NJ Squash Club staff may take photos or videos for training feedback or marketing purposes. These photos or videos may be shared across our online platforms. If you do not want your child photographed, please let a member of staff know.

​

• Liability waiver: Require participants to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with playing squash and releasing the clinic organizers from any liability for injuries or damages.

​

• The management team reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians in advance.
